Returns & Exchanges

Ludovic de Saint Sernin offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain intimate apparel and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal within 14 days of receipt to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box to ensure the garments are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Dispatch

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated courier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
